progress on my crystal shoes!
I have started on my crystal shoes, I just do it while I am watching tv, it took about 6 hours so far so it will end up being around 20 in total lol but I love them so it is worth it!

Im back, and I said yes to the dress :)
Hi ladies ! its been a while but things have calmed down now so I have more time :) I bought my dress yesterday, for some reason I keep getting an error on my actual picture but this one worked :) i am sooo excited it is feeling really real now :) Hope your planning is going good!

Best Idea Ever!
So I was reading Wedding Bee and one of the brides had the best idea ever! to avoid the issues that come up when a person forgets to put there name on an RSVP card or it is unreadable writing she bought a black light pen and put the persons initials so she will know who it is from, I am totally doing that and thought I would share!

Wedding Dress
I think I finally found my dress!!!
so I was searching for new 2012 dresses and came across this Maria Karin dress on google image search lol I LOVE THIS DRESS!!! they don't sell it here so I can fly to Toronto or New York if I have to but I sent the picture to a dress maker here to see what they would charge, although I love the red and black it does not go with my colors so I would like it in ivory and gold and I would have the top made into a sweetheart shape not the fan type, and maybe add some more bling to the lace parts lol so happy to finally see something I love!!!

Date Change Again lol
Ok so when I first talked to the wedding co-ordinator at the hotel we wanted Sept 15, 2012 but I didn't want to book until I could see the place (it was underconstruction, the old banquet room was ugly!) so when the grand opening took place we went to look and we loved it but someone booked our day already so we had to go with Sept 8, 2012 which was fine butthe bride cancelled (she is going back to school thankfully not anything bad!) so now we have our date back!

Deposit Paid!!
The new hall was AMAZING!! the dance floor is chocolate hard wood, the rest of the room is a chocolate brown modern carpet, no floral patterns or old fashioned anything, me and FH fell in love immediately and did not need to see any other options! I am so happy I can finally start booking other things!!!

Seeing the venue tonight!!!
We were originally going to go with the Mic Mac Aquatic club but like every other thing in our wedding we changed our minds lol FH really liked the idea of having it in a hotel so out of town guests don't have to worry about getting a ride or taking a taxi, and it is close to our house so if we forget anything its five minutes away lol they previously only had a 90 person room but due to demand they built a brand new banquet hall with natural lighting that holds 200, today is the grand opening so we are going tonight to see it and if we like it we have to change the date (a week earlier lol) our date was already gone but she is holding Sept 8th 2012 for me , so heres hoping fh likes it (he is a more picky than me lol) so I can put the deposit down and start booking other things!
