Wedding Invitation
Best Idea Ever!

So I was reading Wedding Bee and one of the brides had the best idea ever! to avoid the issues that come up when a person forgets to put there name on an RSVP card or it is unreadable writing she bought a black light pen and put the persons initials so she will know who it is from, I am totally doing that and thought I would share!

I'm doing this too, not doing initals though but matching up the 'numbering' each guest and then matching the number with the RSVP. I'm just curious as to where to buy these pens?

I put a unique code on each invitation that matched to my excel spreadsheet (i.e., a1, a2) and put it really tiny in the bottom corner of my rsvp's on the reverse.

i think it will work well.  so far so good with people putting their names and it being legible, but its a just in case thing.  and no extra expense with the black light!

I did this too (without the special pen) - and I used post cards. I just wrote the numbers down REAL small in the corner. I'm not sure why it would matter to have the invisible pen if you write small in the corner, save money and just write a number and keep a key. If someone gets upset b/c they were number 87 rather than 3, then they need to relax haha.

thanks for sharing, such a great idea! i was just gonna write their initals and the number they are on my list somewhere on the card, but this is such a better idea and more discreet ( plus I have a black light and an pen for it =)
