We're Pregnant!!!
I can not believe that it's only been 41 days since our wedding, and I am pregnant. I found out 3 nights ago and can not be any happier. I am trying not to tell many people cause of the chance of miscarrying, but my God this is a hard secret to keep!!! I think I conceived on our honeymoon in Vegas...what a story. My husband was away on business when I found out :( He is returning tonight. He knows, but I still can't wait to see him.

Well it's all over...I am a Mrs. now!!!! The day was wonderful. I can't believe how perfect it was. Hope all of your special days go as well!! Here are some pics. We had a candy buffet as one of our favors. It was a lot of work, and a money pit...but so worth it. People loved it.

Non-Traditional Ceremony
My FH and I have planned (and written) a beautiful non-traditional wedding ceremony that will take place outdoors at a park. Although I know tons of couples choose this route, it is out of the ordinary in the small town where I am getting married (church weddings are still mainstream). Now that the date is almost here I am wondering how many people I may peeve off/offend. My FH and I were both raised Roman Catholic, and our families still practice. Is this worth worrying about? What do you think?

Florist's bad news
This is my bouquet. I originally had picked peonies and lilies, however my florist just contacted me to inform me that a "disease" has hit the peony farm and she can no longer get them. I was disapointed and not to mention slightly stressed, but then found this bouquet and fell in love with it (plus she is not going to charge me any extra!!). The BMs and MOH will have lilies, with the MOH having more of them.

So obviously I pretty much have everything planned since the wedding is in 10 days. However I want opinions of what people think. This is the bridesmaid dress, except the sash is in espresso (brown). My reception venue will be decorated in brown, and cream, with lots of greenery. Although I had originally planned on using the main colour of the BMs dresses for a colour scheme, that just seemed impossible when I tried to find matching items. I hope it will turn out good, I am having last minute nerves I guess.

So this is the dress, except it's in diamond white and silver. I can not wait to be wearing it!! I haven't seen it in over a month since it's being stored at my parents house (which is over 4 hours away). I also got a custom necklace made out of quartz and Swarovski crystals. I can't wait to try both of them on together. Only ten more days, so it will be time soon enough!!
