Baby update
Hello friends!!
I have missed my WBC friends!! I still check in regularly on my fav brides.. but its weird how since the wedding I hardly find time to be on here, especially since before the wedding I didnt go 20 minutes without browsing WBC lol. I just thought I would give a quick update for my friends that have been asking about Baby Jenkins and I. Brett and I went on Oct 13th < my 30th birthday :) > for an ultrasound to check on Baby J's health and size and we found out... ITS A BOY!!!! :) :) <3 We are so happy!! Although I know a lot of moms would rather not know the sex until the baby arrives, for me it is suuuuuuuch a relief to finally know!! I am in full nursery planning mode now :) Anyways!! just wanted to say hi :) Hope all is well with you guys - I look forward to hearing from all of you - for my brides that got married this summer I would love an update on how you have all been since the wedding too!!! LOTS OF LOVE Jeanette Jenkins :) |

Netter Wedding Surprise!
Happily ever after!
Just thought I would share the good new with my WBC friends!!
WE ARE PREGGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!( an no it wasnt planned) :) We are incredibly happy though! I was late for my period .. it was supposed to come the day before the wedding, but we didn't think anything of it- just chalked it up to stress and moved on. When it still hadnt come a week later I did a pregnancy test- it was negative.. but I had started to be sick all day everyday.. could barely work somedays and whenever I was home i was sleeping becaus I have been soooo exhausted. After week 2 of non stop sickness and still no period I went to the doctor convinced I was dying lol...( 2 home tests had been negative by this point) They ran a series of tests and then the next day called to inform me I would LIVE!! and so would my baby!! YAY!!!!!!! Needless to say I was shocked and bawled my head off for about 3 days straight! Brett of course was ecstatic since he has been ready for babies forever lol SO YAY!!!!!!!!!! We are due approximately March 2!!Which just happens to be my grandpa's birthday !BONUS!! |

HELLO LADIES!!
Just a quick drop in!! This is the only picture i have gotten so far.. stole it from a friend on facebook :) THe day was wonderful.. so much fun and so worth it!!! I could almost say that it was perfect ... EXCEPT..... Brett caught the flu and just barely made it through the ceremony before he was sick... and then was MIA for most of the remainder of the day.. he was able to make half hour appearences here and there .. and we were able to get some pictures together thankfully. I will give more of a review later but i just wanted to touch base while i had a chance :) A BIG THANKS to Tash and Renee for thinking of me on my day :) you two are too sweet!!! |

HELP- Ceremony songs!
I am suddenly stuck on what i want played for the walks down the aisle!!
We need something picked for the seating of the parents, then the bridesmaids, then me.. we had stuff picked but it feels to stiff and traditional. I love the sound of acoustic guitar.. but cant find anything good! Final meeting with DJ is tomorrow so i need to wrap this up! WHat are you playing? or do you have any suggestions for me? |

I antiqued a few pink vases with the same flowers as the center pieces to use to have some pink around the bar and to use for the table that we sign the marriage certificate on!
I also added pics of the flowers my mom made for the girls dresses! I feel they are the perfect finishing touch!! yay!! The little dress is for my niece. It still needs a flower added as well! so cute- Mama made the bottom for her skirt ballooned like the girls bridesmaid dresses! If you look closely at picture number 7 you can see the little fisherman with his fish on his back- totally not wedding related but I couldn't resist! maybe its the maritimer in me :) |
