SOOOOO.. All in all I like the flowers that I got from Wedideas.com

BUT

I am a little dissapointed. I paid extra to have all natural touch flowers .. but when I recieved my bouquet there were some silk flower shoved in.. not really impressed with that.. And the flowers seemed bigger and fuller in the pre pics they sent so I was a little disappointed in that..

When they sent me the original "pre pic" of my bouquet they had done it with the wrong colors and when I asked them to fix it i guess instead of getting more of the right natural touch flowers they used other flowers instead "insert extreme sad face here" ANd i had sent them swatches of my material but the pink is not the right shade..

Like I said, I do like them.. but I feel I could have done them myself and I am really really disappointed that didnt stick with the quality I paid for :(

I was so excited to be getting them that the disappointment was extra... hopefully the more I play with them the more I will fall in love.

If you're not totally satisfied, I'd let their customer service know.. you may be reimbursed..

I am still waiting for mine, I had to work with her on 3 seperate occasions about my bouquet. I am still not satisfied with the pre pics she sent as they look nothing like the picture of the bouquet I had sent wedideas. Out of frustration I agreed to the last one so I am expecting disappointment already :( I think you chose beautiful colors for yours and its hard to tell from pictures what is silk vs natural touch, other than the leaves. How did you like your bouts? Will post pics of mine when they show up.

Oh wow, they look good! I do understand why you would be upset because of the natural touch thing, but they look great in pictures and I guess that is really all that matters. They will look pretty with your wedding.

Did you tell them to do the ribbon like that? Or did they just do that?

2sweet - my bouts were ok.. just natural touch rosebuds with a ribbon wrapped around. I asked them to add some stuff to FH and its horrible lol so i am going to remove it and add some babysbreath or something myself.. but other than that they were fine.. you can see them a little in the third picture.

Sher1223 I asked them to do the ribbon like that :) and you are right - they arent bad.. just not what i was expecting..

I love your ribbon and want mine to be like that. If you do not mind, how did you tell them to do that? I would have no idea how to even explain that.

I would let their customer service know, you may get a bit of $ back at least. It is upsetting and not what you paid for, and they should reimburse you for that! They are pretty and I am sure you will put your magic on them and jazz them up, but out of principle, I would DEF contact them and tell them to send you a partial refund.
