Rules of Engagement...
Still waiting...
Good Morning!!!
Day #1 of my new "blog"... First and foremost...I am NOT engaged-as of YET...i am still waiting for him to POP the question, which i know will be soon...=) I already picked out my ring, so let's hope he gets down on 1 knee in the next couple of weeks/months. Anyway, even though he hasn't poped the question, i'm pretty sure everyone here has done the same thing; I've been planning my wedding since i was a literally 14. In the last couple of months, my love for Damask has grown. I love the black and white theme...and i think that when the day finally comes, i would love to have a very clean, crisp ceremony-with black and white, and accents of green. I'm still debating on the green though... I always wanted a black and white wedding...something about it makes me think simple, clean, classic. What do you guys think? My ceremony/reception is going to be a very small intimate wedding of 65 people MAX. I am very simple and want to keep things small...My ideal wedding is going to be very intiamate. If any of you have ideas, i would love for you to help. I am located in Long Island NY. Does anyone know of any small restaurants/ venues to hold my wedding ceremony and reception? Also, i don't know if anyone on here knows....but i do not have a religion, and my boyfriend(soon to be fiance;) ) is catholic. I don't wan to get married by a preist...since i'm not catholic, and i don't want to convert. Does anyone know of someone who would be able to marry us? Thanks for all your help, and i'll keep you posted on my future engagement :) HAHA. always, Nic |
