how to choose....
i always said... flats! flats! flats! but i've seen a lot of bridal photo's lately with colored heels.. and its so CUTE! i don't know what to choose... i was thinking that i could buy the shoes for some fun pics.. but have the dress hemmed to wear the flats.. and wear the flats for everything but a few photos... any suggestions? which yellow shoes... option 1,2, or 3? |

i am DEF! a bride on a budget and was not really into the idea of sending out save the dates.. but numerous people told me several times that because our wedding is on a monday.. we should send out some save the dates.. so we decided to use the extra RSVP cards from our invites.. we wouldn't need all of them.. we have 100 because they came in a set of 50 each and i got them on clearance for $3!
so.. i am not that computer savvy or even that creative.. but this was my best shot.. i have a cricket machine that makes cut outs.. so i made little flower cut outs to put on the back seal of the envelope.. just to add something cute :] so you can see the final product.. good enough for me! THIS WAS ALL DONE WITH THE HELP OF MY MOH AND MAMA! |

my sister, also best friend, is going to be my Maid of Honor.. she seriously helps me with everything wedding or not and will be the most amazing MOH ever! i love her..
i am only having 1 bridesmaid, my future sister in law. my fiance is having a best man (childhood best friend) .. and 2 groomsman.. his brother in law and my brother. so we are not even numbered... i have 2 girls and he has 3 guys.. okay, so i was originally inspired by the Fantastic Four movie (2nd one) when Jessica Alba walked down the aisle looking amazing and LOVED that she was wearing blue jewelery!
then i decided that i did not want a necklace and really wanted simple blue topaz stud earrings.. so my perfect future husband, mom, and sister (MOH) surprised me with topaz earrings the day i was baptized! :) i just love the idea of being in all white with a small amount of blue in my ears!! |

okay, this one was by far my favorite and i ordered it this morning.. i love surprises.. he will be totally stoked when he see's this.. plus most of his friends coming to our wedding were from USC!
IT"S SO HARD TO NOT WANT TO TELL HIM!! it's worth the surprise.. but i get VERY EXCITED about everything.. and want to show him this.. but in due time he will see it :) |

who's growing out their hair??
as you can see in my "hello" picture, my hair is fairly short. after we got engaged in august i decided that i was going to grow out my hair .. in order to have a decent up-do.
who else is dealing with this? because its quite frustrating and is a slow process.. and i am totally at the stage where i want to cut it!! UGH! you can see the progress i've made.. SLOW! |
