Center Pieces
So I have everything bought for my center pieces, which I am of course, doing myself... but I just haven't had the time to put a "tester" together yet; however, here is where my inspiration is coming from (pictures)... Stay tuned because I will be putting one together soon! It will consist of blue vases, twigs sprayed with white spray paint, sparkles, hanging rhinestones, crystal fibers and blue/ silver rose petals... Can't wait!

Candy buffet - BLUE of course!
Everything about our wedding is unique, different, custom, and the like. So after some deliberation my fiance and I have decided to omit wedding favors, since no one really likes those silly little trinkets; instead, we will be offering candy buffets on each table at the reception so guests can help themselves to some delicious candy and take some home after wards! Each table will have a different bowl of candy, which can be taken home with the center piece at the end of the night. Candy or candles? I think CANDY!
Are any other brides breaking "convention" and doing something other than traditional wedding favors/ bombonieres? I would love some input! Thanks! |

Bridesmaids
What is better than bouquets? FUR MUFFS!
So my MOH and bridesmaids will be walking down the isle with beautiful faux fur muffs, instead of bouquets - original and utterly elegant! I'm really excited about the muffs especially since it will be chilly in November!

DIY pen holder & wedding book stand
So, I thought I would showcase my latest project, which is my pen holder and wedding book stand. I purchased both for under $8, plain and boring, and added a tonne of crystals to them to go with the rest of my theme. I am quite pleased with they way they turned out, plus, I've seen these wedding accessories run for over $80, so bonus! What do you brides think? Completely DIY!

Wedding Cake
My crystal delight wedding cake
Oh how excited I am about this cake! My cake will look exactly like this, but only 3 tiers, measuring at 4", 8", and 12". I found a fabulous cake baker to whip me up a plain white square, 3 tier cake and I will take care of the rest, ALL THE ACCESSORIES! Yes, ladies - the cake must have accessories! The cake topper will be a crystal tiara, which I already have and I will add some blue feathers on opposite corners on each tier! Crystal wonderland or winter wonderland? BOTH!

DIY wedding card/ money box
So I decided to tackle my first wedding project, my card box. My theme is winter wonderland with loads of crystals. My colours are royal blue, silver, and white, accessorized with crystals and blue feathers. So this is what I came up with, let me know what you all think!
