STD's sent out! - It feels so official - NIDHAL's Purple Wedding by Color Blog

I keep telling Matt that it feels so official now that these are sent out. Ha! So happy to finally have some stuff happening. Have been feeling stagnant. These came out beautiful but MAN I feel like I've been talking, walking and blogging STD's forever. It's now time to move on :)

Quick Note: These cost me $0.64 to send at one post office and I was quoted $1.20 at another. Who knew that it depended on the mood of the teller?

I am in love with your STD. The postage from both post offices is ridiculous! How did they come up with that price?

sweetlatina- It was the regular $0.44 but I opted for hand stamping at an additional $0.20 b/c they could crack the dvd's if they feed them through the machine hence the 64 cents.

Once I stamped them all, I went to another PO who said that they were stamped incorrectly and because of the dvd, I would have to do a parcel ship which is $1.20. I laughed and left and went back to the original PO...no problems.

Love the save the date and Judy did recieve, want to show everyone!! I know this is childish, but everyone I showed ur blog to at work sait its weird to say "STDs" were sent in the mail... guess its because we work in healthcare, lol....xoxo

Your STD's are pretty. Did you make them? If yes where did you get the pretty shape from?

What was the font name you used for the SAVE THE DATE and also where did you find the little design on the very top? Love these and I am trying to create the exact one. I will also use the person you used as well. Thanks for sharing

Christina- I can send you my document if you give me your email, that way you can just change the names and make it yours. I have no clue now where I found the design, but again...I have it saved ina word file so I can send it over.
