Budgeproof, waterproof, NO MOVE eyeliner!
Oh yea, I got the trick!

I have searched high and low for a long time for an eyeliner that does not melt from the outer corners of my eyes, or fade out after a few hours. About a month ago, I bought an eyeshadow primer called Eyeshadow Primer Potion, by Urban Decay.

Not only did it keep my eyeshadow from creasing, what I found was that when I used this product on my eyelids, my eyeliner would last forever! So, I took it a step further. I put a little of the product on the back of my hand, dipped my liner brush in the potion (just a little!) and then tapped/dragged it over my powdered eyeshadow pot (I like to use a liner brush and powder eyeshadow as my liner) and applied to my eyes like normal. It lasted ALL DAY!

I tried it the next day with my regular pencil liner...same fabulous result!

Thanks for the tip-  I also started using glimmersticks eyeliner from Avon- It is waterproof- I use it on my lower lash line- It is great- No smudging or fading-

I wanted to say- thank you soo much for the invitation advice --  I will check it out!!
