This is ninabenice's Chocolate Wedding!

So it's been a week since my special day and I'm still singing the song from our first dance.....no one took pics with my camera so I have to wait till everyone who promised to send me their pics ...actually send them..lol...I have a few I'll post later on tonight and also video clip of our first dance....smoochesssss

Ok, here is the summary....
My wedding day was perfect imperfection....lol
First My Hair wouldn't stay the way it was done...the curls the bounce...gone...lol...then my Tiara was lost....to this day..no one knows where it is....somebody got me...geeesh...anyways...then my shoes..where are they....omg can anything else go wrong...yes...My mom was a whole 45 minutes late..no we don't have the typical sweet bestfriends-mother-daughter relationship, but I love her she is my only mom...anywho, she was supposed to bring the unity sand vases to be set up at the altar...but we had to use an alternate solution....since she was so late..then the wedding director wouldn't start without her....yes...I was mad....but that's another story..lol.. I loved the way everyone went out of their way to keep me from crying...my team rocks....;)....all in all...just when I thought everything was going to fall apart ....things starting coming together and it was beautiful....my mom got there ...I had my shoes...still no tiara but we made it work....
At the reception...my love and I had the whole first dance thing planned...it was lovely...no one knew....I promise I'll put a clip of it on here soon...you can see in the pics how much fun we had with our surprise dance...lol...it was so unexpected especially from my husband since he never dances...well that's alll for now..hope you girls enjoy the pics...let me know what you think!

I've been very busy...planning and putting things together..haven't had much time to blog. In less than two weeks it will be over....((sigh))...I will then post plenty pics and take some time to blog....:) I'm bursting with excitement!!!!! :)

My wedding cake is going to look something like this. :) yummy

hmmmm.....I haven't decided what the song is going to be just yet...but I do know that we are going to mix it up a bit ...haha...start out with something slow and sweet then mix in some hip hop or michael jackson....it's going to be our own special remix....yeah I know it's prolly kinda corny and it's been done but ...We are going to have so much fun ..and the look on our mother's faces is going to be hillarious..lol.. What songs are you girls using for Your first dance?!?!?!?

I've decided to add a candy Buffet....its going to be all chocolate type candy...like brown and beige mms and chocolate covered almonds....It's going to be yummy...:)

My reception is going to be kid friendly and alcohol free..but it will still be lots of fun....everyones going to be doing the cupid shuffle before the end of the night...lol...I have yet to come up with a nice layout of how I want my tables set up...I wish my Wedding coord. or my caterer would just figure this part out...and stop asking me how I want it to be set upl..lol...

I'm having 2 Flower girls...I think they are going to be sOooOoOooOoOo cute in either of these dresses. One is going to toss Ivory Rose petals and the other Chocolate...yayyy :)

I love Leonidas...I think that they are the perfect hue...

My ideal dress is the Demetrios Ilissa 899....but of course even thou it is from the 2006 line...it is still out of my budget....so I have settled for a more budget friendly similar style dress with similar options...lol.....It's lovely I'll add pics of it soon....promise!:)

I love this After Six Mohagony tux....but I may end up getting two-button notch lapel black tuxedos with Geometrics vest and Euro ties in Truffle.  

I like these because they are simple and nice. My bridesmaids like them because they are affordable. Davids Bridal style 8022 in truffle.

I'm a budget bride so I think these are a nice choice for a nice price.
