First things first
Site, colors etc...

We have chosen a site. I love it! It has a retro-deco feel to it. So I am looking to incorporate some retro or Art Deco elements. 80 guests max! but we didn't want it big anyway.
Pool blue (Tiffany,Aqua, et al) and red are the colors. He loves turquoise and I love red and because dragonflies are very meaningful symbols they will be the motif of choice.
Of course there is always a fly in the ointment. The site for the reception is a cultural center with an art gallerie, lots of turquoise,aqua, silver and grays. The church that we belong to (and love) however is two shades of taupe, aubergine and rose pink.

Soo.. I have chosen different flowers for each site. The palette in the Flower Garden paper comes close. I may use it to make belly bands for the invitations or in some other ways.

This is a DIY event to the maximum. Lucky I have a few good friends.
They will be kept busy.


Type whatever you want here. To change the width and height, just change the numbers after the width and height. You can also change the border color, border width, font size and font choice. Enjoy :)
