I am so glad I didn't go off the recomendations of other about this resort. It was so beautiful and romantic. Michael and I felt like royalty there. If you ever get a chance to go to Jamaica, I highly recomend. The food, the drinks, room, service, and the entertainment was great. Love, Love, Love Sandals!

So excited the dresses are in. This is a true fall wedding...lol. Just wait until I add the beads and mask. . . too cute.

Like I said before, I was doing carnival snacks. I got the apples, Cotton Candy, and the Parlines are in the making. I am so excited it's almost here. This is what I'm working on this week. Rehearsal is this Sunday. I will give everybody their gifts. Only thing to do is pamper me.........Yay!

One of my bridesmaids made my bouqet. I really love it. It is so beautiful. She used my favorite flowers cala lillies. Thanks Joanetta....your the bestest!


I also have a pic of my throw fan (Jr. Maids are carring red). Instead of throwing flowers I will thrown This Fan. I want to spice it up, just haven't figured out what to do yet. But I think it's really cut.

My party was Sat. I had so much fun. I am constantly thanking everyone who helped. I will remember this one for a long time. Ladies the Dancer name is Cayanne. If you are in the New Orleans area, get him. He is Hot!!!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered my pomander from a WBC bride (Thanks Peachybride09). it's for my Jr. Bride. It really looks just like the pick and is too cute. The whole experience was great. Just wanted to share with you guys.

Yesterday Me and Michael went to the courthouse to get or License. The experience only took about 10 min. That was great cause I hate waiting....I'm so excited I couldn't even sleep last nigt.

So we continue our back and foward about his ring. He do a lot of labor work. So I thought it would be a good idea to get him a tough ring. I have seen so many blogs about the tungstun ring. Good and Bad. But this man is rough....lol. So he has two rings. One is to work in pic one. And the other is for everything else. Silly I know but, I figure he will be getting another one soon with the type of work he does. So I feel I will get in real good with Overstock.com...lol. Plus I was excited to see that the work ring comes in his size, 12!

I am having a big problem deciding what hairstyle. Now I don't think the hairstyle would be so much of a problem if it wasn't for the tiara. . . lol. Now a few blogs back, I told you guys that my mom picked out the tiara and it kind of tie back to my grandmother who is now past away. I don't want to disappoint my mother, but the thing is too big. I have been driving my maids trying to get them to help me find a hairstyle.

So now I am turning to my WBC fam. Here are a few ideas I recieved from my maids.

1. Was suggested that I stay simple
2. Was suggested to go big and bold
3. Was suggested to be different.

Can you ladies let me know What ya'll think? Please give any suggestions ya'll have. This is driving me crazy. I am to the point where I am gonna get rid of the tiara all together.

Ladies I am so grateful for all the advice I received for the weight loss. I am proud to announce that when I went to get my bustle done on my dress. OMG....the dress has to be taken in. I am so proud. I have been drinken water (a lot), eating salads for lunch and dinner, and also walking. Although I really wanted to try the workout tape (Julian Mitchell...I believe) just haven't gotten around to getting the it. N E Ways.....I would like to thanks u all for the advise.

So I have been talking with my maids bout the shower (no, not a secret). I really like barbie, so barbie it is. I have come up with all kinds of ideas to support my theme. Of Corse its Pink and Black.

How many ladies have a theme for their shower?

What would you like your theme to be, if you had a choice?

I added the feathers to the pins. The feathers match the feathers on the masks for the ladies. One more step closer.

I gained so much weight since I first put the dress on. I have two months, and I am so scared. My breast look like they are ready to jump out the dress...lol. Can you ladies help me. What can I do to make this work. Right now I look like I want to burst out of my dress. it don't feel so tight. but it looks "Uncomfortable" to me...lol. And Back Fat. Never seen that coming. . .lol. But seriously, I need you guys, Please Help! WHAT CAN I DO!

I would like to take the time out to thank greatfulbride. You are very considerate. Planning a wedding is very stressful. This website is like a sisterhood. And a lot of times we don't communicate (comment) with each others. I have found great "vendors" from this site. I also enjoyed looking at others dreams come true. Please continue with your "Queen" blog. You are right you don't see some people and everyone (to me at least) have very creative and interesting views.

I am sto anxious. I can't wait till my wedding day. Everything is coming along good. Only thing left is to order favors which is candy so I am doing that in Sept. Congrats to all the summer brides and Good Luck to all the Fall.

I went on the site for Vista Print. I just wanted to browse to see what they offer. Well I ended up getting two T-Shirts for our honeymoon. I also came across some car magnets. It was neat and Cheap. I think I paid 6.00 for the T-shirt and one was free. The Magnets were 11.00 together. I also got some sticky notes with the same thing on them (not pictured). I keep getting emails now to get free stuff. Gotta love Vistaprint.

FH wasn't too fond of getting bags for his men. I thought it would have been tacky to just hand them their stuff at the rehearsal dinner. So I went on and ordered them some bags. I will monogram them just like the womens. I mean they still have stuff to put in them.

I went online to Oriental Trading. A lot of people was telling me about how inexpensive things were there. Well I end up getting my Cake Servers there. The did a good job. I just have to add ribbon to them. I believe they were only 19.99. They even had them cheaper. If you don't have them already, and you are looking for a bargin, Try them.

I just thought I would share the hair...lol. I got a perm. I had natrual hair for 6 years. I always said I will perm it when I got married. So I have 3 months until the big day. Thought it was time to tryout some new hair dues. I will post my first try. Wish me luck.

I got the mask for the groomsmen in the mail yesterday. They are so neat. I can't wait to see them on. It's going to be so cool.

I never thought about a corset, or considered buying one. I went to pick up dresses yesterday and there it was. I know I put on a few pounds since I began this "circus" planning. I couldn't resist it when the sales ladie had one on. I brought it and took it home. I never opened it until my FH started joking me asking what I need it for. Wow....that's all I could say when I got a good look at this thing (on). I was so amazed. I have an instant love. The sales woman wanted me to get a smaller size (L) than I got (XL). . .lol. That would have been pushing it. I was surprise to feel how comfortable I actually felt in the corset. I kept it on for a couple of hours. I can really see my self in it on my wedding day. And it was only $16.00. Sure beats a $100.00 corset. . . lol.

Went to pick up my mothers dress yesterday. I had my Jr. Bride with me. She took on her princess attitude (that I never knew she had) trying on dresses. This is the one she decided on. I think it's beautiful. Great Job Princess SeMaj.

Well I have been thnking about this candy bar. I tried it at the engagement party. It went over really well. But I'm always thinking of something different. Then It hit me. That sounds more like it. I found companies to do them all for me in bulk. So Instead of 200.00 on candy buffet. I spend 150.00 on carnival candy...lol. I'm Loving It! They all come in clear plastic bags so I can make labels of my own.
