DIY Dress Hangers
I DIYed my Bm's Hangers!
I really wanted to give my girls personalized hangers for the wedding as all their dresses will go to my moms house after they've picked them up from the bridal salon and I was going to make them signs that said each of their names but I wanted to try this. The $20/each pricetag gave me strength to DIY!
It wasn't easy but it wasn't hard either. I think the wire I got was a little too thick and stiff but I used my plyers and it worked out just great! I am very happy with the way they came out! |

Bridesmaids
Wedding Gifts
When it came to my girls, I know how much time and effort they are putting into the wedding. I have been collecting gifts for them for some time now.
I have a mini surivial kit, flip flops for the evening, handmade (by me) jewellery, coach make up bag and coin purse, personalized tote bag. I am also thinking of buying them a broch for their shawls in the church but haven't decided yet. I also paid $100 towards their dresses. I hope my girls love them! :) |

Unity Candles
Semi-DIY
When I decided I wanted a unity candle for the ceremony, I began my search online, specifically Etsy for a set which matched my wedding. When I started finding one I loved, I looked at the price... $80?! I couldn't believe it!
I decided that this was something I could DIY! I purchased the large candle and 2 pillar candles at a party supply store... they were so ugly. They had blue and red flowers, ugly ribbon. Gross. Lucky for me, nothing stuck to it! I ripped all that ugly stuff off, and did my own thing. Easy Peasy! |

This was a fun project!
I got started on my bathroom baskets this weekend. There is everything you can think of for each basket that a guest would need that they could forget to bring! I am very happy with them and hope that my guests appreciate them |
