Found my wedding shoes!
I have been searching for months for the perfect wedding shoes. Our theme is black and white so I decided to wear black shoes!
My dress should come in any day now, can't wait to try them on with the dress and see the finished look.

Where to buy Damask kleenex tissue??
I need some help! I am making tears of joy tissue packs, I have all the material but can't find any damask kleenex. Does anyone know where I could buy some??
Someone told me to check the tissue store online, but they are out!

Adult only wedding.. what do we think?
My fiancé and I have decided to have an adult only wedding. We will be having a live band and open bar, it's really not a plase for kids!
Most of our friends have young kids, but they are fine with not bringing them (They actually prefer it that way).
Here is where we ran into a problems:
My goddaughter who is 4 will not be invited. We decided to invite her to the ceremony only. The thing is, her parents were very upset when I told them a few months ago. I told them we would think about it and get back to them once the invitations are ready to come out. The time has come! So I have to officially tell them she cannot attend the reception portion.. Any ideas on how I should approach this? Has this happen to any of you?

Honeymoon
Europe, here we come! Advice please!
We have finally decided on our honeymoon. We are doing Italy, Switzerland, France (Paris) and London.
We have never been to Eruope. Does anyone have any suggestions for hotels or B&B? Anything advice would help!

Hi ladies! It's been a while since I've been on here. I've done quite a bit!
My dress should be coming in any day now. I can't wait to finally try it on again. It seems as if I forget what it looks like.

I've finished my invitations, I'm just waiting before June to send them out.
I've also found the bridesmaids shoes. One of my bridesmaids wears size 11 shoes, so it wasn't easy. Here they are. What do we think? Keep in mind the dress is also black..

Yesss I found some cheaper ones!
I finally found all my wedding linens including my back drop. For 180 chair, 21 tables and back drop she is charing me 1200$! Which is 500$ less then the other company I was going to go with. I am very happy, and so is my FH.
We have white chair covers with a black bow, and black table cloth with our white centrepiece. The back drop is also black and white!

How much are you willing to pay for your wedding linens?!
This weekend I went to see a few companies for linens. I couldn't believe how expensive they are to rent! I saw one place who priced me 1700$ for just the chair covers and table cloth (18 table cloth and 180 chair covers). I got a better quote from another lady, again 1700$ but along with the linens she includes the background for the head table (she does very good work) and lights. She does all the set-up and tear down. Does this seem reasonable!? I had no idea it was so expensive!

Cakes Cakes Cakes!
So this weekend we did our cake tasting. We could have fed 15 people with the samples! Our baker gave us 2 mini cakes, red velvet and marble. They were both delicious, but red velvet is the winner!
Our colors are white black and red, so we thought it would be really cool if the inside of the cake was red!

Cake is ordered, one more thing that got done over the weekend!

Wedding Hair Style
When I first starting planning my wedding, I was sure that I wanted a hairstyle that was half up and curly kind of style (kind of what Jessica Simpson has on her wedding day) But the more I think about, it the more I think an up-do would be better. If it's down, the curls usually end up uncurling, and it will probably be windy out, that won't help.
I'm going for classy elegant. What do we think??
