DIY Paper Crepe Flowers for Center Pieces...
this is what I have so far.

This is my main focus right now because I am (mom & sis are helping too) making all my flowers out of ivory crepe paper folds. I am using them in my center pieces, MOH & BM pomanders, boutineres, corsages etc. It is easier now to make them and way cheaper than real flowers.

We decided to stay with the same decor for the vases as our invitations with the black satin ribbon around the vase with the round rhinestone buckle. So I purchased everything and made the vases myself too! Vases were $1.97ea at walmart, 2 spools of black satin ribbon and more rhinestone buckles from lucysfabrics. I bought the floral foam and vase filler on saveoncrafts.com.

We need to make at least a 1000 flowers and we are half way there. i will post a completed vase center piece soon....

Thank you ladies...yeah it's kind of hard to get in the mood to do them but it's gotten easier now that I can make them faster...I actually bought an e-book at

http://www.ourpaperflowers.com/index1.html  and they have this video as well.

They have so many other flowers to choose from...really good instructions...Hope this helps!

It's always good for me to see a visual from others, I've been wrestling with the idea for a while now but couldn't seem to be able to make up my mind. But I've decided to include them somewhere, thanks oldhollwoodbride. Just one question for now....Where did you purchase the crepe paper from? I've been looking all over for it and that's what caused me to mainly re-nig on the idea. Oh Id like the pdf if you don't mind...send to tippie01@yahoo.com, Thanks
