Our Song
We finally found it
I have a previous post where I talked about me and my FH not having a song...well...that's changed!
It was funny because after all that searching and kind of trying to get some info from my FH, it just came about when I was not even thinking about it...usually how it happens.. We were in his car on the weekend, it was really late and he was driving me home. I was in and out of sleep, so he usually plays soft oldies on the radio for me. "At last" by Etta James came on and in my trance of sleep I was thinking that this song would be perfect as our song, but I didn't say anything. My FH turns to me and says "this should be our song, this should be our wedding song". I opened my eyes, looked at him and said "ok" It was exactly what I was looking for. |

Hello WBC ladies!
It has been forever since i have been on here and been active. There are so many things that are goign on! So me and my FH have decided to just go with the flow and not really set a date for the wedding. I'm just not sure what our future has in store for us, but all we know is that we love each other and want to be together forever :) I was not really in the wedding mood as much until my BFF just got engaged on Sunday, yay!!! It totally got my wedding mojos going again :) I can't wait to do all kinds of fun wedding stuff with her!!!! |

Hello Ladies,
I haven't been on for a while due to a death in the family and the time of year. I would like to share a comment that was left from ANDY on my water bottle post from a couple months back: VIEJA PENDEJA in Mexico we DO HAVE CLEAN AND DRINKABLE WATER, and we are not some kind of poor and insane people like you obviously think! a ss ho le! She was kind enough to insult me without even knowing who I am or where I am coming from with this idea. Have any of you had crazy brides leave nasty, evil or negative comments on your posts? Please advise cause I am going nuts thinking that someone has nothing better to do on New Years eve, than to leave nasty comments on my post. TO ANDY: I am Mexican, born and raised. I DO NOT drink TAP water (Should have specified this in my post) because I know better. If you choose to drink it, by all means, but I WILL NOT have my guests at MY WEDDING become ill. I NEVER said that Mexicans are poor and insane (Although you have obviously proven your own theory). Why would I say that about my people? I feel sorry for you Andy. |

Ok, so I go on craigslist on a daily basis to see if I can find any goodies at a good price and last week I found some great deals!
There is this woman who was selling a lot of brand new wedding stuff and it was just what I was looking for...so happy! I knew that I wanted to have mirrors at my tables, but I was afraid that they were going to cost me an arm and a leg. All of the ones that I had seen where $6.99 and up for one mirror! I'm getting my mirrors for $1.00 each for 20 of them!! I'm so happy, plus i'm also getting these cute little glass balls for $3.00 for three packs! I'm not sure what I will do with them , but i'm sure I will find them some use. I'm going to pick the stuff up on Saturday and I can't wait. What a deal! The pics are the ones that she sent me to preview. |

Ok, so for some reason my post was deleted!!
I have read on other brides pages that this has happened to them , but this is my first and i'm not impressed. It was a long post... I purchased today off of eBay water proof LED lights for my centerpieces. A previous B2B had posted how she got a great deal and was king enough to give me the link for them. aecharrion is the bride and she's fabulous! I saved an arm and a leg because of her. I bought 40 and got 20 for free. They ended up costing me $1.56 each! That is the best price i have seen to date, so i bought them! First Purchases!!!
Candles, Crystals, Diamond Confetti...etc...
Ok, I just couldn't wait, so I went out and bought a couple things! :)
Ok, so the first four pics are some floating candles that I bought at the dollar store. I plan to have a ton of candles, these are just the first. I also bought large crystal looking confetti for the decor or centerpieces from the dollar store. They had all colors, but I just got a bunch of white ones and some turquoise ones. The two mini picture frames are the ones that I will attach to my veil to remember my loved ones that have passed. I really scored with these! They were originally $9.99 each, but I got them on clearance for $2.00 each!! Total deal, i'm so pleased! They are from Hallmark if anyone is wondering. I also bought little scrapbook pre-cut love and wedding words at the dollar store. I'm not sure what I will use them for, but i'm sure they'll come in handy. The last pic is my 4000 diamond confetti that I bought for $20.00 on eBay. I think I will need a lot more then 4000 cause I got the small ones. I'm excited and can't wait for the big purchases!! |

I actually got this idea when I went to a wedding this Saturday.
Colored water!!! I never had thought of that. I think it would be neat, but i'm not sure if I will have all of the centerpieces with the colored water. We'll see. |
