What Color will your shoes be?

My mother thought it was a cute idea for me to have green shoes for my wedding. I'm still on the fence about it. I'm still making payments on my shoes so I would either have to get my money back or just dye them green. I really like the idea though! So I have two questions,

1.Is dying your shoes a good idea?
2.What color will your shoes be at your wedding?

dying is a good option if you like the current style but really want the green,

I have had my eye on a blush pink pair of shoes that I am tempted to get for our wedding, but I already own a sweet pair of vintage cowboy boots and some uber comfortable gold flats that would go well and be more budget friendly, i do love stepping out of the white zone for shoes on the big day its a such a fun detail and pops in photos!

My shoes will be the Jade color. This is the blueish greenish color that is in the teal family. My BMs shoes are fuchsia so I wanted to be the opposite. If your shoes are satin and dyeable...go for it. I am actually taking mine to get dyed pretty soon and providing a swatch of the color. I wouldnt try to do it yourself...too risky!! But colored shoes are a must have especially for photos!

Mine are clear (I like to think of them as my glass slippers) and I am contemplating a colored shoe clip or ribbon strung through the top. I do love the way colored shoes look though, especially if your dress and everything else is all white! :)

I thought about buying/dyeing shoes but it was more money than I wanted to spend. I wanted keep my shoes cheap (since almost nobody sees them) and splurge on my jewelry.

I'm planning on hot pink - think Barbie pumps, but I'd also like to find something super girly like pink & zebra shoes.

I'm thinking blue (they could also then be my "something blue") or a color to match my bridesmaids. I love the idea of having them be something other than white.

Cute post!!! After debating forever I decided on HOT PINK shoes for my wedding. I think the pop of color under my white dress will look so great and fun in pictures.
