I am trying to loose 20lbs, I don't know if that is realistic but I think it is
my plan is to work out every other day, Cardio (30mins and weight training 15 mins)
no fried foods, cut sugar 80%...
any other suggestion??

I really like kashi cereal, It has 8 grams of fiber compared to the typical 1- 2 grams of fiber in cereal.
