Going to start the diet & excersice
Get fit and loose the weight 3 weeks

I am trying to loose 20lbs, I don't know if that is realistic but I think it is


my plan is to work out every other day, Cardio (30mins and weight training 15 mins)

no fried foods, cut sugar 80%...

any other suggestion??


PLEASE HELP.........

Kick up your fiber in take. The only thing that I did was watch the fiber in my foods & started taking omega 3 oil. It really worked for me. I don't eat carbohydrates with less than 3 grams of fiber per serving.
I really like kashi cereal, It has 8 grams of fiber compared to the typical 1- 2 grams of fiber in cereal.

can I start taking a fibre supplement? or should I include it in my diet? i.e like fibre cereals (ukh) they taste so bad!!

You can do a supplement but just read you labels. there may be some easy fixes. A lot of fiber supplements have like 25 grams of carbs for 5 grams of  fiber  so not worth it.  Fiber one bars are good they have 150 calories & 8 -9 grams of fiber & they taste good.
