How am I going to transport my entire wedding party???
I've just realized that I have a major issue!!...I need to figure out how I'm going to transport my entire wedding party. For most, not a huge issue except ours totals 26 people!! Yes, 26! YIKES! That is 6 bridesmaids and groomsmen, bride and groom, parents, grandparents and flowergirls/ringbearers. We were looking into renting Stretch Ford Excursions but they only hold 16 people. So next idea...rent 2! Except that all the places I checked only have 1 white one, the other is black.

So, the big question is how am I going to do this?? Go with one white and one black or is there another way to transport everyone that I haven't thought of yet?

HELP!!!!

We are only transporting the bridal party, flowerg, ringb, and us- no parents or grandparents- It may help if you cut back the amount of people.( just a suggestion) We have 14 people-in the limo- that seats 16

You could always get a separate vehicle for parents/granparents.  Really, no one will care how everyone gets to the wedding.  Another white vehicle would be fine.

Check out local bus companies.  They may have "nice" busses that they use for doing bus tours and such - not the typical yellow school busses.

we have 6 in the party plus bride and groom.so that makes 8 of us. And if we got extra room it be my parents!
Every one else thats special to you and you want in pictures can follow !!!! be fun to have a few vehicals!
My parents had 3 or 4 cars taking people! it was fun!!!

sorry didnt see ya had a question about having one of each? ya who cares..get one of each..if you really want to have them matching then pick the colour you want, then get ahold of  the other company and get your colou there too..  if you want two the same! and have them match! .i wouldnt care about matching them and just get one of each! and get bridal bridal party and you guys in one and family and flower girl ect in the other..

Rent one White (or black) Ford Excursion from one company, and one White (or black) Ford Excursion from another company.

Take the easier and most expensive route by renting another vehicle.  Or do like we did, have a few of the party drive their own vehicles to the church and ride back with some one and have the limo pick up the guys first then swing around to pick up the girls. And it will just be the bride and groom who rides to the venue after the ceremony.  Yall may have yall grandparents, parents, and kids ride with yall also if yall want.    The only reason we did it this way was because we only had the limo for three hours and that was just enough time to pick up and drop off.  Also, the limo came with the tuxedoes -it depended on how many tux were rented.  It worked out perfectly and we didn't have to come out of pocket after that.  Well we gave a tip that was inclusive with the rental.  Good luck!

Since your wedding is in August why not contact MP Stables and rent a horse and Tourist-er carriage.  Used in the Parade to transport members of our city council.
