I'm still doing research on cake prices. I want something delicious that won't break the bank. So far King's Hawaiian seems to be the most reasonably priced and they have great cake reviews. Rumor is wedding cakes run under $400 for up to 150 people and that sounds good to me if they also deliver. I've never been there, so I'll have to stop by soon. I'm excited to try their "Paradise" cake (Guava, Passion, and Limeflavored). The other places I'm checking out are Porto's Bakery and Torrance Bakery. I'm only considering places that have been referred. I, like most people, love to eat cake, but have never paid much attention to the different types: sponge, chiffon, etc...
Any insight would be helpul...
From what I've gathered, not everyone likes cake and most times people are so stuffed from dinner and drinks, consumed with dancing and socializing that the cake is left half eaten on the tables!!
