UPDATE: Linens came in and they are PERFECT. The exact colour of my bridesmaids dress - who would have thought!! And fabulous quality, love it!

Whoo I ordered my linens this past weekend, and they will be in the next few weeks.

I'm renting chair covers, but I'm buying the rest of my linens because my venue does not have the colours that I want (they only have white) and the rental places around don't really seem to have what I want. So to the internet I go to get exactly what I want. Seriously how did people plan weddings before the internet came along? I have bought more than half my wedding stuff online and it's sooo much cheaper than in the stores, well usually.

Anyway - so I am going to use the venues white tablecloths for the guest tables, but with these lovely eggplant purple napkins (centerpieces will have purple in them too). Then the headtable will have the lovely rectangular purple tablecloths on them with silver/grey napkins. And I bought a round tablecloth in eggplant for the caketable. the cake will be white with purple flowers so I think it will look lovely.

I bought 13 packages of 12 napkins, 2 rectangular tablecloths and a round tablecloth for approximately $100 from www.linentablecloth.com. I haven't received them yet so I can't say for certain on the quality but I have read really good reviews. Oh and if you are in Canada it's free shipping when you spend $100 or more, and it's free shipping in the US if you spend $50 or more.

And I will be trying to sell my napkins after the wedding... so if there are any takers now I will have 144 purple napkins to sell after June 25th.

The quality is great, and the shipping is super fast, even to canada! I too bought a bunch of stuff on their Black Fiday event, and am now counting the days until their next sale. :D Also, check out their selection of ribbons. When they go on sale their prices can't be beat. I bought 100 yards of 1" fuchsia satin ribbon for $2.97.

ok thanks nyecha2012 - i'll have to see though, because I do have 144 purple napkins and if I can sell all of them to one person, or find someone who wants the other half then great, if not I'm sorry but I'd rather sell them all then have to keep 60 napkins.

hello yes sorry i ended up selling them to my venue actually, sorry! but the place is extremely reasonable and amazing quality and you can get almost anything you want, so check out linen tablecloth because i was very very happy with them.
