How do I add silver/grey to my centrepieces?

I am meeting with the florist this weekend and we have already met once, but I want to bring my ideas with me because we are hashing out all the details tomorrow!

I've already figured out the bouquets (purple calla's for me and orange gerbera daisies for the ladies), I'll go with whatever she suggests for the bouts but I need help on my centrepieces.

Ok so centrepieces are going to be short square/rectangle vases with sliced up oranges in the bottom (similar to the limes in the pics I attached). Then I want a bunch of purple flowers - no idea what yet - suggestions would be awesome. But I need grey/silver in there!!! Grey is my other main colour while I only want hints of orange. So while adding orange flowers would be easier I don't want that because I just want the sliced oranges in the vase. The grey doesn't have to be an actual flower but no idea what to use!
