Wedding Flowers
brooch + bouquet = pretty

i have decided on my something old, borrowed and blue all at once. i was just asking my Mom briefly about what I should use and mentioned the idea of a brooch and then just out of nowhere one day she pulls out the gorgeous blue brooch (last photo) and says that I can use it! Yay! So it is borrowed and it is blue, and its about 25 years old I guess so that's old enough for me!

i looooove these pictures of the brooches attached to the bouquets. can't wait to see what mine will look like. my bouquet is dark purple calla lilies with grey/silver satin wrapped around the stems, and then with my pretty blue brooch, delicious.

what do you think? anyone else doing something like this?
