Need help regarding color choice for wedding...

I'm looking for some help deciding my color scheme for my wedding. Here's my dilemma: my absolute favorite color is teal. However, we're planning an outdoor wedding in late Oct/early Nov when the trees will hopefully be changing, and I worry that teal might clash with the fall colors. My second favorite color is a wine/burgundy that would go very well with the fall colors, and I guess I would be ok with that. So...

1.) Can I do teal with the outdoor wedding, or would it clash?
2.) Can I have the best of both worlds and do teal AND burgundy? Would they work ok together?
3.) Or... should I just give up the teal altogether?

I think that teal is a great color for fall!

I would probably do teal and burgundy as the main colors and let the burnt orange be a natural accent from the surroundings.

There are almost no teal flowers, so if you do burgundy flowers with fall foliage perhaps in chocolate or (and?) burnt orange and throw in some teal accents  I think it would be absolutely beautiful!  At least what I would have advised if you had been a customer when I was a florist.

I say stick with the teal - I'm a bit biased though because I'm using teal in my wedding! :-) But really teal and burgundy sounds like a really nice idea, and I think it will really enchance the outdoors element to your wedding - good luck!!

I don't think teal will clash at all. I love the color combination Loislovesclark posted up. It's so vibrant! I think teal will look good with any bright or bold color :)

Thank you everyone!  I'm glad people with more experience than I think I can make the teal and dark wine!  I'm not a pink and purple kind of girl, and I can't do just black and white because I love color too much.  If people think I can make the teal work with dark red and orange flowers, I'm set!
