Well ladies after 9 mo of planning the day came and has went. I will give you a brief run down on the weekend festivities. We arrived in Panama City Beach on Thursday night around 8pm and it was around 81 degrees and very humid. The reason we arrived late was because the rental car we had from National ended up getting a flat as soon as we got it. We had to go back to the rental place and we complained so much that they gave us a 7 pass van (which we needed to take everything with us) but at the same rate as the full size car. The first car had a flat, radio volume didnt work, check engine light popped on, and the cigarette lighter didn't work when I tried to charge my phone. One in Panama everything was fine. Next morning the day started out cool but soon warmed up and we were able to go to the beach. FH groomsman started to arrive and they took him out starting at 4pm drinking. He continued to drink for the rest of the night and was suppose to finish off the night at the Golden Nugget (local strip club) but after he came in for the night him and one of the best men decided they wanted to go back out and left again. On the way back in though they hit the on duty check in clerks car trying to park. I get a call at 7am from the police stating they needed me to come out b/c my car was involved in a accident and FH was no where to be found. He fled the scene. FH mom came out and took the blame for the accident since the rental was in her name. Now Fast fwd to the ceremony. I started crying 30 min before the ceremony b/c I was running about 10 min late and I had many dreams about being late and being told that we couldn't marry. I messed up my MAC makeup and my mom had to do some touch ups. After that everything was smooth sailing. I'm just glad its over and everything turned out beautiful.

Pole dancing and club hopping
So I know I'm posting this late but better late than never. I had my bachelorette party on the 10th and my girls did a wonderful job of planning it. We had a instructor who is actually one of my closest friends teach us pole dancing in the privacy of my moh grandma's house. She has her own pole and everything. Pole dancing is a lot of work and I know have a new respect for the ladies that do this night after night. I woke up the next morning sore. I was actually sore the whole week. I did change clothes a couple times. Just so you know I am the one in the white shorts, the black pants and black shirt, and the hot pink shorts with black shirt. Enjoy the photos.

Parasols
Another wonderful find
I'm constantly checking all the different wedding websites when I came across the weddingbee site. I went to the local board for Atlanta and another destination bride was selling her unused parasols because she had too much stuff and couldn't carry them to Mexico with her. I think it was destined for me to find her because she had exactly 9 parasols (8 cream and 1 blue) which is just what I needed. The blue is a perfect shade. I got them at a steal also to be brand spanking new. I went immediately to this bride's house (yes she gave me directions to her house, I thought it was weird but hey some people still trust others) and I picked them up asap. I of course took FH with me in case it was a set up (you can never be sure with buying and meeting people online).

I never posted a pic of my jewelry and my daughters jewelry for the big day. She has to have as much bling as I have. Excuse the fact that I don't have on makeup in my pics (lol). My earrings are my something borrowed. They belong to my 17 yr old sister. She wore them for her junior prom. The only thing I might change is I'm searching for a larger tiara.

How are you making a GRAND EXIT from your ceremony?
Being that I'm having a beach wedding at the hotel where we are staying and the reception hall is right across the street there is no way we can have a car or limo take us from point A to point B without it being a complete waste of time and money. I still long to have a GRAND EXIT that will be talked about for a while so while on the internet it hit me. I should look into having a helicopter pick us and my daughter up on the beach and fly us off for a short tour and then return us to join everyone else at the reception. I found a company that can do this and the prices are reasonable on their website. I called them but they are closed for the day so I have to wait until tomorrow to see if the prices would be the same to do what I want to do. They had a tour of 5 miles of the beach for 30/person for 3 ppl. I figure a 5 mile tour should be quick and while we are doing this the guest can be enjoying appetizers. I have my fingers crossed that this will work out in my favor and will be sure to post tomorrow with the results. Anyone else doing something GRAND for their exit?

Anyone changing their smile for the wedding?
So I have a gap as you can see in picture 2 and I've always wanted to know what I would look like without it. I work in a dental office for a WONDERFUL Doctor and we have now started doing Snap on smile. What is snap on smile you ask its a removable appliance that does just what it says snap on and off. You can still eat with it in because the chewing surfaces on the back teeth are not covered. You don't have to get shots or any drilling. Its really simple just have some impressions taken and off to the lab it goes for about 2 wks. My doctor actually made this for me FREE yay!!!!! Its wonderful working in a dental office. I will now have a beautiful smile in all my pics without having to alter my current smile which is a part of me. Anyone else doing something to their smile for their wedding day?
