Here is where I got my pocket folds- http://www.paperandmore.com/products/cards/index.html
Don't use paper...get cardstock- http://www.paperandmore.com/cardstock/cat-cardstock.html
Envelopes- http://www.paperandmore.com/cat-envelopes.html
You can also choose to go with VistaPrint and upload your designs. It may be a little easier since you don't have to worry about cutting down your cardstock and printing or ink fees. You would still have to paste/stick your invites to your pocket-fold though.
Oh, and you really don't need a back to your invitation if you are placing it on a pocket-fold.
