Wedding Flowers
White roses
Going with the black and white theme, we will be carrying white roses. My girls will carry 12, and my bouquet will have 24. They will have the tiffany blue ribbon wrapped around the stems to add some color, and mine will have white satin ribbon.
My great grandmother's brooch will be accented on my flowers. I can't wait to see how they turn out! |

I bought some black pillar candle holders at Hobby Lobby similar to these... but they are different shapes. Some are square, and some are thin..
I am going to put white pillar candles on these and place them around the reception hall as an added UMPH! |

Plain white tables need color!
Ladies, I'm stressing...
I have 24 days to the big day and I'm convinced that our wedding reception will be bland without some black satin fabric somewhere on the tables! Our caterer provides white lines with her fee. So, I'd be silly to rent a ton of black linens to add color when we can't afford the extra expense. I have rented black and white damask linens for the head table and the candy buffet. I have also rented a tiffany blue table cloth for the cake table. But all of the guest tables are just plain white! I would like to add black in there somewhere, but don't want to spend a ton of money doing so. I thought about buying some black satin and "pooling" it or "puddling" a little bit on every table. But, I don't know if that will work. Does anyone have any suggestions for a cheap fix? Thanks! Vanessa |

Our wedding is a combination of Baptist/ Catholic. After much soul searching, we are getting married in the Baptist church and we are having our reception at the Catholic Church hall. Our colors are black and white damask and tiffany blue.
Clint and I have dated for close to 4 years and we are both so excited to have our big day! This has been a long time coming for us. :) I absolutely love this website and have been helped tremendously by all of the brides on here!
