We're Married!!!!!!
The new Mr. & Mrs. Martinez
so we are now married!!! Everything went fabulous we had an absoloutly beautiful sunny day hot but not too hot it was awesome! My colors turned out so beautiful and in the sun the girls dresses looked so good!! My cake looked exactly like the picture that I gave the bakery. It was all just so beautiful. there was a little bit of drama at the reception but nothing too big to ruin my day! I can not beleive that it is all over with now :( I had so much fun planning now what am I going to do? ha ha well I am sure that I will find something. I will post some of the pictures that people took for now and the rest later I will post the honeymoon ones as well that went good also! The Dominican Republic is such a beautiful place!!!!!!

Bachelorette Party last night
Fun Times!!!!
My bachelorette party was last night it was so much fun!!!!! Some of the girls gotta a little outta control but for the most part is was a very good time a lot of good memories. Some problems with the limo/driver but everything was taken care of it was a good drunken time!

where do you go to get this done??????
I googled seating charts and this little thing came up but only the picture came up. and not a website or anything..It loks like a picture of the couple with the table numbers and everyones name that is seated at that table...anyone know where i can get this done or make it within a week???????????? It is such a cute idea.

BACHELORETTE PARTY
woo woo this weekend!!!!!
So the big bachelorette party is this weekend. we are starting off at my MOH's for a NAUGHTY PARTY and then a limo will be picking us up and taking us to CHI TOWN for some club time yeaaahhhh. My one request to my bridesmaids....NO STRIPPERS!!!!! ha ha I hate when you are the main one that they are dancing for they are ok from a distance so hopefully they are going honor my request.

I am still undecided about our introduction song. We have a few ideas but non are really popping out at me. Anyone have any fun ideas for an introduction. I am almost all out of ideas!!!!!! Our list has to be submitted to the dj by thursday.

So i am gonna have pink and orange tulle covering the cake table and then I have my letters that my mom's husband painted pink and sprayed with glitter and then me and my mom added some rhinestones to bling it up a bit I love it!

Fun fun
So we had 2 showers one my aunt who is also a bridesmaid threw me and that was for mostly family and the other all my bridesmaids threw me. We got tons of stuff and I had so much fun at both of them. ahhh it is so hard being the center of attention isn't it???? :) I can't believe how fast it is going less then 3 weeks now!!!!

Ok I was not going to do a grooms cake at all but I have now decided just to do one and bring it to the rehearsal dinner. It is going to be a surprise for my hubby to be and I found a really cute Chicago Cubs(of course) cake topper on line. I am just going to take the topper to the store and see if they will make a cake and decorate it so that it will go with the topper and i will just set the topper on there myself. This was the cuttest topper I could find online it is very detailed and sooo cute. I got it off of ebay and I had a not so good experience with them before so I am hoping that I get it!

April 20th, 2007 my 9 year niece was diagnosed with AML Luekemia. She fought a 7 month long battle with ugly cancer and was finally cured November 13,2007 at the age of 10 when Jesus took her home. she wanted so bad to be in my wedding so along with saying a prayer at the ceremony and lighting a candle for her I though this would be a nice idea to kinda have her there with me throughout the whole day. My fiance's grandmother also passed away 2 weeks after Taylor from lung cancer and I was thinking to add one on for her also. It is so hard to go through such a special day without 2 very important people so this way you can always look down and see them with you! I founf them on Myjeanm.com they have sage or white ribbons.

So my fiance is a Chicago Cubs fanatic I don't know if it's from growing up in the city or what but he is a little overboard. So He wanted to incorporate some of his Cubbie Luv into the wedding so he found these two things online. So I am gonna let him add them in because I don't think that they are bad ideas I kinda like them!!! the jersey will say our last name and the year of the wedding and we are gonna get it framed with everyones signature and hang it somewhere in our house(hopefully the basement) . The pillow I am thinking that I could probably make a cuter version of it instead of spending $25 for a plain pillow with an iron on patch. We will see if I get around to it before the wedding! Otherwise I will be ordering this one!
