Ladies,
I am so sorry for being missing in action for so long. Alot has happen since I was last conversing with you all. I hope everyone has a bless, happy and safe holiday season. Congratulations and welcome to all the newcomers. First off my wedding has been moved to 2012 WTF. I had to change the date for all of these craze FOOTBALL fans. So the weddign will be the last week in August and my colors will still be fuschia black and white. I met with the florist last night and I was so happy that someone finally shares the vision that I have for my wedding besides me. He was the best all of the ideas collaborating with what I envision is going to be magnificent. I finally have a venue that will alow me to bring in alcohol beer and wine and use a cater of my choice which is great. I ordered my linens thanks to the brides that posted the 50% off at linentablecloths. The products came in and I love them. I have tablecloths, alternating pink and black napkins, chair covers and sashes and overlays. All for under 500.00 actually 499 to be exact. |

HELP!!!!!!!!WHAT DO I DO.
I do not know what to do and I need the help or advice from my WBC sisters. As you all know I am planning my wedding for Septemebr 24, 2011 in which I am paying for solely on my own no help from parents. Ok so me and my FH well correction my husband juts got into a huge argument over the wedding. Sometimes I do overreact but I need some level headed advice for this one. Ok we are already married we got married July 12th 2010. We lost our baby in Feb of this year and it has been a traumatic devastating experience for both of us and so I decided in order to honor our son Gabriel we would get married on his anticipated due date of July 12th and we did. We did it in the park and it was great because he wanted a courthouse wedding. I understand and said ok but then I thought hey he got what he wanted now I need to get what I want. I told him now we can have my wedding I AM only getting married ONCE so who doesnt want a wedding I have always dreamed of this. He was fine with it and now since he sees how much it is going to cost he starts saying why cant we take that money and have a fabulous honeymoon We spending all this money o one day and no one will remember this ten years from now but YOU hey It's my day and its my wedding so I am the one who should remember it but Ladies I am the one who is paying for this wedding so why is he fussing. I have bought everything so far even my dress Am I wrong for being upset, am I overreacting, am I just being emptional What should I do ladies???????????? I am absolutely crushed right now I do not know what to do. I envisioned the wedding of my dreams not letting anyone mess this up fo rme or getting me upset. It is no where near the wedding and this already Do you ladies think he is right, should I not have a wedding since technically we are already married. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Wedding Favors
Thanks Nidhal and jtherrie so much for the template. You girls are the best. I now have my water bottle labels done for the reception. I tried to incorporate the colors of the wedding. I hope it is not tooo much. Then again hey its a wedding drink up and be merry. The water is to keep guest hydrated and help to even out the alcohol they consume. Did I mention the venue we have let us bring in our own alcohol and my uncle is a Master Sgt in the Army so Class VI here we come. Also, is anyone doing a signature drink?

Wedding Music And Songs
Does anyone have the music for their wedding picked out yet? I am straying awaying from the traditional music and I am having all of the music performed live. The wedding party will walk down to Ribbon in the Sky. I will walk down the aisle to Jennifer Hudson's Giving myself. If no one has heard it, please go listen to it. It is FABULOUS..... Before we exchange vows I want to have someone sing Jamie Foxx wedding song (today I married an angel) LUV this song. I need some suggestions on the song we walk out on....... How does this sound so far?

OMG I finally found my dress
OMG I can not believe I finally found my dress. I was in love with this dress the moment I walked into the boutique (not to mention another bride came in after me and decided she wanted it as well). I went back and forth with the ladies in the shop and neither one of us could decide between this dress and the one in my old post. I absolutely love this dress and you ladies should be honored to see it first because no one not even my bridal party will see this dress until I walk down the aisle. I am such a DIVA but it will soooo be worth it. Tell me what you guys think of the dress and my choice......

I would like to have uplighting in fuschia for my wedding. The price that was quoted to me by a company was ridiculous. Do anyone know of any sites to buy the lights and gel and do uplighting myself. Any suggestions are welcomed. What are you ladies doing if anyone is doing uplighting or gobo monogram?

Unwanted advice
Has anyone got any unwanted advice other than me about how to do YOUR wedding. My FH and I are paying for this wedding solely by ourselves and I know how I want things. Thsi is my day and I will not let anyone spoil it for me. The other night my future sister in laws called to ask about the colors of the wedding. Hold up first of all they told me I had too many people in my wedding because I have a total of 11 females on my side 1 maid of honor two matrons of honor 5 bridemaids 2 flowergirls and 1 junior bride ummm well I can take the both of you out and I will only have 9 how about that (complete silence) then they go on to tell me my colors of pink, black and white with a touch of bling did not go well because the wedding is after labor day and white should not be worn umm excuse me I think that does not apply to weddings and the only people wearing white is me the bride and the FH so whats your point. They decided to inform me that instead of black suits, the guys should wear gray or choclate brown R U SERIOUS!!!!!! why are you calling me, did I ask for this information. Will I be wrong to ask them not to be in the wedding and make them hostess? I will upload the hedious colors of the bridemaid dresses.
