Blue and Blue?
Hey all... I've got sites everywhere, but I happened upon this one and found a lot of good ideas... so I say to myself, self, why not start up another?

We just received our monogram seal... I got the idea from the Martha Stewart Spring 07 magazine... and the good thing is the vendor, Wax-Works, is located in Ontario which is a huge bonus for me.

I'm having a hard time deciding on colours though. I was all set with Kelly green and Tiffany blue, but that seems played out (no offense to the Tiffany girls out there!).

Some may think I should go with Pink, with a name like Pinky... that is just a pet name the parents gave me growing up. My favourite colour is blue, as is Nicks. So that was a no brainer, but I'm liking the magenta and sapphire blue mix. We'll see!

If you dont want to use the Tiffany theme I think that Royal Blue and Orange would be a nice palette or Royal Blue and Green would also work I will email you some pics I found.

I forgot you could also use navy blue and burnt orange since your wedding is in Feb that would be very diffrent.

I happen to be a Tiffany/Aqua Girl!!  LOL...I personally am not doing a Tiffany theme, but I am incorporating that shade of blue.  One of my personal color combos is crisp navy blue with hot pink.  It's so delicious to me & the navy tones down the pop of the pink.  I like you'll be working with sapphire.  It really is beautiful.

I'm a Tiffany bride (Tiffany blue, black and white) and proud of it because there are not that many true Tiffany brides.

Its a little hard to envision the magenta and sapphire. This is the only picture I came up with with those two colors.


If blue is your favorite color why not two different shades of blue that play up each other? Check out stylemepretty.com. There are a lot of blogs with the blue theme on here so check them out.

Thanks for the tips y'all... Now that I'm home, I can post like I've never posted before LOL.  Here are some pics I have.  The colour I wanted is more Fuchsia.
