wedding will be pushed baaaack.
since last post, ive been way too busy.
but yes; I AM PREGANANT!! about 14 weeks; due in july, ultrasound tonight :) wedding is no longer top priority, BABY IS!! so we'll push that stuff all back, and wait till baby is a lil older, and ive lost weight :) YAY |

since my last post; things have been crazy - school finals; xmas approaching; etc etc
i finally took 2 drugstore prego tests. results; one negative; one positive. Ive finally got an apt with doctor as of thursday aand then i will know for sure.. wow. |

Im taking the plunge!!
Ive finally decided!! Im going to start taking steps towards opening my own BRIDAL BOUTIQUE!!
Ive been borderlining OBSESSED with weddings; everything and anything to do with them for ahwile now, it just make sense. I want to start up an AMAZING multi faceted company for Brides. A bridal boutique that not only carries amazing gowns for the bride; but also for the bridesmaids; for the flower girl; for the mothers! Accessories and shoes as well; things that arent.."typical" bridal; but some that are even more flashy, and some that are understated..something for everyone. On-site makeup and hair artists Connections to multiple photographers, caterers and planners. The ability to RENT all of the above; as well as decor. and everything at REASONABLE prices.. Theres nothing like this around my area...I cant wait to start :) |

Mothers.
Does anyone else feel this way?
My mother and I clash.
Id love to say its as simple as that; but its not. I feel she favors my younger sister (who is not exactly a role model) and defends her decisions. Although Im pressured to be "perfect" and basically do EVERYTHING. I graduated from highschool; and basically started working fulltime as soon as I got out. Then i chose to continue my education and enrolled in university; without a dime from my parents. Currently im in serious debt because of my student loans. I did this all while my father was diagnosed with ALS and dealt with that drama and shit; which im still dealing with. My sister dropped out of highschool and as of now only has what; a grade 10 education? She just recently turned 18; and got her FIRST REAL JOB and is getting her GED; AFTER 2 YEARS OF BEING OUT OF SCHOOL AND NOT WORKING. My mother supported her ass and bought her all her freakin expensive makeup and hair shit ( she thinks shes a Barbie). And does my sister help out around the house? NOPE Does she help with our dad? NOPE; she denies him everything and is extremly rude and disrespectful to his family and him. according to my stupid mother this is because my sister is "angry" Oh whup de doo; fucking grow up already. Shes bossy; rude and childish. She has the balls to threaten me and to tell my mother what to do about everything. Generally i see both my mother and sister as extremly ignorant. sorry had to rant. |

Wedding Dress
Browsing the net..
So; often while im in class; or suppose to be doing work or homework, i tend to find myself roaming WBC and other sites for ideas.
Right now; im stuck on the wedding dress part. I have a Pear-shaped body shape..and my arms need toning..so im really sceptical on what kind of dress is going to suit me and my body.. for my high school grad i wore a pretty much skin tight hot pink and black mermaid gown..and although i loved the dress..i dont think it looked very good on me.(pic of me and my dad; ive lost a good 15lbs since then, and hes lost..oh..50lbs...:( ) SoOoo; im pretty sure i should go for a..poufier style..maybe an a-line..i think a ballgown would be too much...and Im drawn to strapless, for unknown reasons. Here are some pics of the dresses i like as well as a pic of me in my grad dress...just to get a body shape idea. |

WE GOT OUR NEW PUPPY
We got our new puppy..which puts our pet count up to a grand total of FOUR DOGS and a cat and some fish...
we rescued him from the SPCA; hes about 4months old and is a Mastiff cross.. starting to look like hes possibly crossed with a boxer, a great dane, or maybe a shepherd. Hes a trouble maker! |
