Fall 2008 styles
i love a lot of the new styles that are coming out for Fall 2008. They're getting away from the over the top, pouffy, strapless, taffeta dresses, which i don't really like, and going more for slim a-lines, trumpets, & fit-n-flare skirts with beautiful, delicately decorated bodices. yay!! maybe I will find a dress after all!

I like the first, second and third dress in the second row, but I like the very last dress the best!

Yeah, invites and save the dates are way too overpriced. I am most definitely DIY-ing my invitations when that time comes.

If you're going to Richmond, I'd try this place called Tiffany's Bridal. I think that's what it's called. A friend of mine found THE dress there and it fit her perfectly. I think there is another place called Bridal Elegance and I know they sell Alfred Angelo.

I love, love, love Jim Hjelms' dresses. The lace is beautiful. I'm one more for slim, simple dresses but with some detail and lace...it still has to be beautiful and eye catching afterall. I havn't started dress shopping yet but I know I'm not spending any more than $400 for my dress...I just cannot justify it, for one day of wear. But all of these designer dresses I will still dream about and wish so badly that could have. I'm going to try to come as closely as possible to what I really love though. I think I'm gonna need lots of luck though!

So if you're purchasing a designer dress I'm in envy of you and I hope you get the dress you love more than anything and you feel beautiful in it! :)
