similar to his cufflinks, only his were more expensive and have more detail on them. the eyes are also rubies instead of garnet.

Skulls!!!
on his tie, cufflinks & my bouquet!

since we've been talking about what Chris should wear for the wedding, and his complaint being that he feels there's no personality in a regular old tux, we've decided that he'll wear a tie from cyberoptix.com along with his skull cufflinks. he wants a skull design printed on the back of his tux but the compromise I came up with is that he has the design printed on the back of his vest so that he looks all classy and stuff for the wedding, but since he won't be wearing his jacket much during the reception he can totally let loose.

so, this has got me thinking- if he can have skulls on, then why shouldn't i? afterall, I wore a pair of rhinestoned skull earrings on our first date. Obviously, I can't wear the earrings again (seeing as all the silver's pretty much worn off and they look a bit strange these days. Not to mention, my family would totally flip their shit) and I can't really be too over the top with it, so I'm thinking about having little rhinestone skull charms sewn down my bouquet- you know where traditionally you see the pearl pins? only thing is, I can't find any that aren't stupid looking. What do you reckon?

Have you looked at Etsy.com? We're doing a bird theme, and FH bought his tie off of Etsy with ravens and fun stuff on it.  Also, he went to the Converse sight to customize his own Converse in our wedding colours. :)  We are having a punk rock wedding fo sho. Good luck!

Wow I am so glad I found someone else who is trying to incorporate skulls in their wedding theme!
I too am trying to think of ways to add skulls into my dress or something that I will have on me all of the time.  My mom (thank god she's super talented!) is actually making me a Swarovski crystal brooche that we are going to put in the middle part of my bow on the back of my dress (the sash/bow in black)

I am not sure if that would work for you? Etsy.com is a really good site too..I haven't looked there for skulls but they seem to have everything.  Would there be any chance of finding a person who makes jewellery that could design one for you? that way it could be a "pretty" skull haha...or if you have a Garter you are wearing you could incorporate it on that maybe?

GOod luck let me know if you find anything good!

I am so glad I'm not the only one who is trying to do this.  Anyone has any sites for "skull stuff" let me know.  Even if it's only the skulls for sale, we can make the guest books, garters, etc
