The GOOD Experience

So with only one really bad thing the wedding was perfect!
I was awake just after 6 am and started my hair then my sister's arrived after 7 and my hair was finished. Started my older sister's, younger sister's and my sister in law hair and I was finished before 9! Then the makeup. I was on time!!
The photographer showed up at 10:30 and started taking pictures and I can't wait to see them.
We showed up early to the hall but my mom made dad drive around until it 1pm. Before I got out of the car the photographer took some photos, and then the water works started! (good thing for the tears of joys) I couldn't stop crying, I'm sure all my makeup came off. Once we were in the hall I had to tell the girls how they were walking down because the night before we didn't get a chance for a rehearsal. So once they started to go down the aisle to their song the flower girls went and so did Ben (ring bearer) Well he didn't last very long, once the flower girls started dropping the petals he would say 'oh no' and pick them up and the youngest flower girl told him 'no' so he came back to me and dad. I was waiting forever for my song to come on, and I was told after that Hubby had said ' is she coming' haha, then I heard mom say to switch the song. The good news is I didn't cry cry walking down the aisle but once I got up to the front I had to reach for my hanky.
It stopped raining after the ceremony so after I hugged everyone and cried some more and after applying makeup again we went outside for photo's. We spent a good 2 hours taking photo's and when we were almost finished we asked how many she had taken since the morning and she had over 700!!! She had to get another SD card. The nice thing was she had an assistance and she was taking candid photo's all night.
The reception was great I told the MC do just go with the flow and she did. I wasn't aloud in the kitchen because they thought I would help them cook, but I just wanted to check on things. So catering your own wedding is possible with great family members!
My mom, auntie and best mans fiance served the whole head table which was nice of them. During the dinner we had the best man, maid of honor and parents say something. Then my best friend got up and she didn't even have 10 words out of her mouth and I was crying!
Then it was time for the cake cutting, I didn't want to cut the cake since I worked so hard on it! Ben was super tired and didn't want to be put down so he cut the cake with us, and ate it with us. It was so cute.
Ben even joined us for our first dance, it was really nice, me and hubby talked the whole time and couldn't wait for the song to be over.
But the whole night was great, I only fell once while I was dancing and I still laugh about it! Good thing no photo's were taken hahaha.
Then my sister in law bought us a hotel room for the night and we didn't even enjoy it, I wasn't even in the door for 10 secs and was trying to get the dress off, I found out that I had bruises on my rib cage cause it was so tight (thanks mom), then I hit the bed and out like a light and slept in till 10 and our gift opening was suppose to be at 11 but it was a good thing because no guest's decided to join us for it haha.
