Our Wedding Day
HAPPILY EVER AFTER
Hey Ladies,
Well our fairytale became reality. Our day was wonderful. I am now Mrs. Ellison! Love it. I could not have asked for a better husband/best friend. The day was wonderful. God blocked the hurricane, and all was well. Everyone had a great time. The food was awesome. I am so happy with how things turned out. I will post more photos later. Off to enjoy my hubby. Wedding Dress
Ok This is a nightmare.
Ok ladies, why did the so called professional tailor totally ruin my dress? Yes, I went for my final fitting and to pick up the dress, it was too small. Oh it gets better, she left and went on vacation. OK! Not only did I pay her 225.00 to fix the dress, but she did not do anything I asked her to do. I told her to let the dress out, and that it should not have been taken in because it was perfect, just the top of the dress was too big. I guess that fail on death ears, she did it any how. So I told the store, ok she needs to fix this, they said oh she is on vacation but her daughter is a seamstress also, ok, the daughter comes and says ok, I can fix it. Then, I began to find beads and crystals missing, the dress was not sewn together evenly, the hem was crooked, the bustle, omg was a hot mess. Ladies I cried for 2 whole days. Then tha daughter waits until I get back home, and calls and says, she can't fix the dress and that I will have to wait for her mom to come back off of vacation, which will be 48 hrs before my wedding. I said no, I can not wait for her to come back this is crazy, you guys jacked up my dress and you want me to wait for her to fix it, it needs to be fixed now.
Long story short, I had to find someone else to fix it. OMG I do not know how much she is going to charge, but I know she is very good at what she does. So She will have it back to me by Tuesday. Yes 4 days before my wedding. All I can say is PRAY FOR ME! How could my fairytale dress turn out to be a dissaster? OMG I am so hurt. I will let you guys know what happen. |

Cry Packs finished.
Ok the cry packs are done. Thank goodness. I saw these pouches at Walmart on clearance. I emptied the little confetti inside and replace it with two tissues. I added a label on the back with the saying. Then our monogram on the front. I am pleased. Although, I may add some jewels to the center of the circle. We will see.

My card Box
Card box done
I was in Michaels last night to purchase the hat boxes to make my card box. Then I stumbled on this plain white card box. Someone had returned it. I was like YES!!! I got it with my 50% off coupon!. 15.99!
I added my touches to it. I added bling and ribbon to it as well as sheer fabric which is the same color of my wedding dress. I also added some of the silk rose petals to the inside of the sheer. I also added a heart to the front of my box given to me by my grandmother. Unfortunately, she will not be able to attend my wedding because she is very ill. Please keep her in your prayers. What do you think??? |

Thank God for Mothers! My mom makes candy. She made all 160 chocolate lollipops for my wedding. I searched on line for the candy molds I wanted and she did the rest. I love how they came out. I also made lables with our monogram on it and the date. They were made in White, Chocolate, and Turquoise. I chose the Prince and Princess and Cinderella carriage. What do you think?

Twist to the Ring Bearer Box

I purchased this box at Micheals. I spray painted it SIlver. Then spray painted the carriage and added bling every where.
