DIY Wedding
'Toppings' Sign

Turned out sooooooooooo cute! As I have said before we aren't huge cake people...we are still having one because they are gorgeous and we got a great deal from a friend who has a bakery, but our main dessert is soft serve ice cream with tasty TOPPINGS in our colors. So, we will have the toppings set up much like a candy buffet...then I have giant green and white rhinestones to put throughout and then I am having these letters on little blocks to be put in with the candy...spelling out TOPPINGS. I decoupaged them and then I of course added some bling which was even easier with my AMAZING tool I talked about in previous post...the hotfix crystals are fabulous! So, do you love it? I sure do!

They look great! Did you decoupage with patterened or scrapbook paper? I am going to try this with fabric...fingers crossed they turn out as cute as yours!

I decoupaged with my extra wrapping paper from my card box project.   I swear that roll goes FOREVER...I used it there and on my H frame for the head table...it just keeps going and going and going :)  Fabric would be great because it would spread the color at all or rip...I have never tried it.

Thanks...I really like how they turned out!  The paper was just left over wrapping paper from my card box.  You can use anything though...the thinner the paper (tissue paper) the easier.
