All Done and sent out!!!

First of all HAPPY HALLOWEEN ladies! I hope you had a lovely weekend and lots of fun dressing up...I was an adorable lady bug one night and a fun filled bag of jelly beans the next :)

So I finished our lovely invites this weekend and I <3 them. My FH picked up these cute ring stamps...what a good boy thinking to get wedding themed ones without me telling him to. Also, in case you didn't read the last post about my invites...they weren't done yet because I hadn't had my final proofing session for the amazing engagement photos, so since they are done guess what the means? That's right she put up all my proofs!!! I don't have them on my disk yet, so I can't post them on here, but if you are dying to see them ;) you are welcome to check them out...

Shayla these are HUGELY CLASSY!! Wow, I love the interior, the layout, your photo, the fonts the envelope... everything!! I'd be mighty proud to be a guest getting one of these babies in the mail! Seriously a work of art. AND your little bejeweler is at it again I noticed ;).

And well done to your boy getting the right stamps. He's a keeper. ;) Yay, both our invites are out now! :D

Hannah---thanks so much...I know the kit is quite popular on here, but I thought with some color, a picture and of course my bejeweler (touched you noticed!) I could add my own touch.

Brittany --- Thanks! I am glad that you like the pics...the location was so much fun. My photographer had been dying to go there and it was somewhere that meant a lot to my nana who has passed, so it just seemed perfect!

congrats Shayla they are magnificient!!!, what a an amazing idea of incluiding your engagement pics that are fantastic as well, your guests will be breathless when they receive these beautiful invitations, and your big day will be here so soon, Congratulations!!!

You have done a wonderful job on these invites!! I just purchased the exact same ones and was wondering what personal touches I could add to mine, I love your ideas!!! Where did you get the stamp? did you print these yourself or did you get the invites professionally printed? just wondering how I will print mine..

We just printed them ourselves...be sure to practice on regular paper first if you do that though and use any type of color. On my computer the green was the highlighter green and when we first printed in it came out forest green. Lots of adjusting had to be done. The stamp was just one of our options for the postage amount we would need...be sure you check that out because they are thicker than the normal postage :) I LOVE the little flowers you added to yours...SO CUTE!

I liked these so much I went out and bought them. I have no black in my wedding so I bought the ivory ones. They are a little more yellow then ivory but it will work! Thanks for such a great idea! Its a great way to save money but have awesome looking invites !

Can you tell us the name of the font you used? I was trying to recreate these invitations and just can't find a cursive L that looks good. Any suggestions?

I used Edwardian Script for the H. I also found that french something is pretty as well. I hope that helps.
