Wedding Dress - Color My World - PUREFLUFF's Pink Wedding by Color Blog

I want to do multiple layers of color. I may or may not have a white dress, but right now I'm thinking not.

I was thinking a bunch of colors in my dress, and then coordinating single colors in the bridesmaids. Or I wear white and they each have patterned/colorful dresses.

I'm really thinking peacock theme right now. And I think that wearing a colorful dress or a white dress is perfectly capable of personifying that.

If you know where to get a dress in very close colors to the original idea picture, that would be wonderful. I know that that dress will be hard to find since it is no longer in the making.

Have you considered going to a seamstress and having her make the dress for you? You could get just what you want!

PS If I remember correctly, the woman in that dress went into a prom dress shop and just found this dress. Maybe that could happen for you too! Just go shopping around in prom dress stores! :-D

that first dress is from a uk designer isnt it??? I believe I saw it on her wensite but she didnt ship in us so I passed on it.

i saw #1 on offbeat bride...so colorfull. i could do it but if u have the balls go for it. As long as it doesnt look too prom! color can be so much fun. i love the girls will the red dresses

The seamstress idea is good, especially since there's no real set date yet. It may come to that if I keep my heart set on it. The other dresses are cute but haven't had the same kind of wow as the first. Oh well. ?

And I recall the designer being like Mori Lee or something? It's just from like over two years ago and hard to find.

i love color! for my prom i wanted a dress just like the first pic but it was teh rainbow colors! my mom was not having it though hahah

I found a few pretty dresses and posted them on my blog. I was looking for you, then couldn't find you, but then found you again! Hahaha. Hope I can give you some ideas.

I actually used to run a bridal shop. I am getting a regular bridal gown but I called the company and asked them what colored fabrics they could make it out of. It is costing me a little more but my gown is going to be a cross between royal blue and royal purple, and totally unique!! I a getting mine from Allure Bridals. It never hurts to ask so ask the bridal shop when you are looking at dresses.

I hope this will help. Not as colorful as you are looking for, but true to peacock colors. It's expensive, but I don't know how expensive wedding dresses are.
