Blogging thief?
Some stranger is blogging about my blog

I was browsing the internets for pictures of crane cake toppers when I found this oh so familiar picture. "Those are my cranes" I exclaimed, but when I clicked on them, the link did not bring me to WBC, but rather to Cake Toppers World blog. What on earth? Someone somewhere is blogging about my cranes. I don't know whether to be offended they stole my picture or excited they liked it. T'was just a bit surprising.

Another WBC bride made a post a week-or-so ago about fake bloggers, or people stealing posts.. that's one thing I wish we had on WBC: more privacy. 'Tis the internet, though..

ive had this happen to me too, someone likes my invitations that badly, and a tutorial i did and copied word for word without credit. meh.. oh well if i post it on the internet its fair game I guess!

As someone else said---if it's on the internet and your picture isn't copyrighted, then it's fair game.  I would however, leave a comment stating that picture is yours and you are so happy he/she liked it!  lol  Then again, perhaps they found your pic, downloaded it, and couldn't remember where they got it.  I think we've all saved a pic without giving recognition sometimes without meaning too.  Your cranes are making the internet rounds...awesome!

actually I just checked the site out and at the bottom of the pictures, it says source.   The link takes you to your DIY Wedding cupcake toppers---so they did give you credit and even linked to the exact page!  :-)  YAY for honest people.

Thanks Fierygurl, you're right. There is a link in there that leads back to my original post. It's a bit hidden but it's there which makes it totally fair. More surprising to me than anything.

I had this for a few things also.... when i goggled my WBC names random posts i made in the past would come up on random websites...so weird
