My first paper submital
NWR - NCA paper done!

I submitted my first conference paper! I'm a PhD student, and in order to get any jobs when I graduate in 2012 I need to start publishing (ever heard the saying "publish or perish"? that's where I'm at).
Well, I have sent in my first paper to a national conference - the national communication association (NCA) since I'm a communication student.
I am so happy it's over with! I got so stressed that I got 5 pimples on my chin!!! And then I started thinking, don't people get stressed right before their wedding? I hope I don't get stress zits for the big day; that would really stink. :-(
Folding cranes was useful, though. Every time I would get really stressed about writing this paper, I would stop and fold a few cranes. Very relaxing. :-) So I am taking the weekend off of work. *phiew*
