Balloon's 4 the reception!!

Well after putting way to much thought in how I was going to decorate and finding someone available. I was going to do draping but NO one was available b/c I could only find a handful of people that even did it. Then I thought about it and my venue does not allow anything attached to there ceiling. So that would have met I could only do something behind the head table. We have large nice windows behind us so why bother covering them up. Were going to put flower arrangement in the ceils of the window. When we went for another meeting with the venue she told me she will do fresh flower arrangements for the tables (whooohooo) So without going overkill on our budget and a lot of dying flowers, we decided that we would add a flower arrangement to the head table and add some festive balloons to give us that wow we are looking for. Were doing floating clouds above us. Also were doing a balloon canopy dance floor. Plus the photo booth is going to be locate right out side the door so she is going to do a large floor bouquet to set up by the booth. I met with her yesterday. She was a sweet lady, she has been doing it for 20 years, so she assured me it will look great and not kiddie style. She also did balloons for Billy Ray Circus when he was at our state fair years ago. Best of all, out of all the prices I was quoted she is charging a 1/3 of everyone else. My Fh loves her, she's saving him money :0) So I took in a few ideals for her and she had a huge book. And I booke!!! Now I have do decided if I want pearl deep read or pearl burgendy. I think the burgendy might go better with apple red!!
