This is how I will arrange the cakes.. minus the annoying rose petals.

I love the scroll work on this one.. might have to practice a bit beforehand.

Cake
soo many choices! Doing it myself!
I just think it's crazy.. prices in this area are nuts for a wedding cake. $300 - $1000.. for a CAKE?? ANd I don't know if any of you brides have ever tried fondant.. YUCK .. no thanks. I want my cake to actually be eaten.. we're having a desert served after dinner. The cake be cut after dinner.. for pictures then will be served later that night with the sweet table.. candy and assorted tarts/squares/cookies etc.

I've been known to make a mean cheesecake in my day.. so I decided I would make 3 cheesecakes. 6 " 8: and 10" and put them on 3 stands.. of increasing height. I'm making one english toffee, one mocha and one just plain, New York Style.(all nut free!!) My sister who is an awesome cheesecake maker is helping too!
All will have the same decorations on top, with the small one having our monogram logo topper.

Here's some pictures that inspired me.
