We are doing our own food,crazy I know!
We will be doing a chinese food station due to the fact he loves this food! We will also be doing some type of station more for the diabetic family members. Also we will be doing our candy bar in blue,brown and a hint of green candies. I love the candy bar idea!

Haven't really thought about the types of food I will have in the stations just what stations they will be. Any ideas would be great.

I worked at a country club for years in college and when they did stations they had an Italian station (mostly pasta), a couple carving stations (beef and ham), fruit & chesse, seafood, country (a soul food/southern mix- it was in the south) also a baked potato station and salad bar (I think they offered a mexican but I never saw it done)

ooo baked potato station would be da bomb! Also I'm a HUGE fan of fruit and veggie bars.
