I remember we registered for a knife set that was over $1k, an all-clad cookware set that was also over $1k, a kegorator that was like $600 or something & a 4ft x 6ft printed & framed image of an area that I grew up in thats about $750. I highly doubt we'll get any of those though.
Around $250 for a 13 piece tea set. We tried to keep most items under $50 but there are a few things way over but it was hard not getting carried away with the guns hehe
$450 for a kitchenaid pro mixer, (which we got! yay!), and a $350 espresso machine which I just found out a few people who weren't even invited from our church got together and bought us!
there is nothing that i want that's over like 500$. i dont want to seem greedy and selfish, plus there is nothing we need for over 1000$ thats for sure. no one gift needs to cost that much lol. i would like a sleigh bed, bur i would want people to split on it, not just one person buy it!
$2000, I think. It's for a couch, and another $1000 for a loveseat. We don't expect anyone to get it, but we get 10% off completion items for the year following our wedding. As far as I'm concerned, if people want to go together, great, if someone wants to buy a gift certificate, great... if they don't great. But we get 10% off when we're married.
FH picked an absolutely insane set of kitchen knives. They had some crazy name. I have no clue what they are, and am sure we wont get them. But, I'm pretty happy that he accepts that he'll be the one doing the cooking! :-D
A pair of kayaks or a washer and drier set! I'm not stupid, I know that no one is going to buy us items like that, but hear me out... If you actually do need or want those items, the company you are registering with (especially national chains) will later offer you the registry items that did not get gifted to you for a handsome discount. Then you can buy that new washer and drier yourself, for 25 percent off! They WANT to sell you all the items, keep it in mind ladies!
