This is renee94's Green Wedding!

so i love the idea of having a martini glass with a flower in it. I think that will be on a small glass mirror and then I will have 4 t-lite candles around it - they will be in small holders but the holders aren't pictured in this pic. I just love the way it will look and espically when it is a little darker in the room!!!

This is what I have so far. It was very easy. I'm sure this will grow over time but so far I love these ideas!!!

I'm thinking about doing something like this as a centerpiece but it would be on a glass mirror. I like that it is small on won't take up much room on the tables. I hate going to a wedding and the centerpieces take up so much room you don't hav room for your drinks!!!

Anyone have thoughts on this or used this in the past??? This is the only pic I could find of this so if anyone else has anymore similiar to this I would love to see them!!!!

So now I find this dress on David's Bridal website and love it too. So now I have two dresses that I love from there. Anyone have an opinion on which one they like better??? Anyone else using either of these?!?!?! We are going dress shopping the end of July so I will have the women try these both one. I never thought I would consider a shorter dress but I really do love it!!!!!

Okay ladies -

I've been going back and forth on this one for awhile. I've been told by numerous people (and kinda figured) that the cake that you have at your reception that people normally save for a year and eat on their anniversary tastes horrible. Now, I've heard of people not saving it (or saving it and then throwing it away once they come to their anniversary) and having whoever made their cake recreate the top layer and then you have a fresh recreated top layer to enjoy on your 1st anniversary. I kinda like that idea - the idea of eating year old cake kinda makes me my stomach turn a little.

So my question is - is anyone saving their top layer to eat a year later or is there anyone out there that is going to have their top layer "recreated" a year later on their anniversary?!?!?!

I know that I want my hair half up and half down since I have a ton of hair. It is naturally curly so I'm not sure this would work, but it is one that I really like so far.

As you can see I love the sunflower idea. So my thinking is - I'm going to have my ladies in a clover green color. So, I think I would like my bridesmaids to carry all white daisies. Then my MOH and flower girl to carry all sunflowers (the flower girl will have a pomander). Then I would have a mix of them. I'm so excited to get to talk to a florist!

These women mean the world to me. I have to get a recent/good pic of my last bridesmaid. Then my pics will be complete! They are my rock!!!

I love this color and right now this is my top choice!

We found a ring that I loved - I showed it to him over the weekend and the next thing I knew - we were engaged on Monday night (February 18th) right after I got home from work. He had placed my ring in the comic section in the newspaper and taped it to the comic "For better or worse" Told me to go and read the paper because there was something funny in there. Here I am thinking there was someone that we knew in the paper and all along it was my ring that was attached to the funnies! I didn't think we would be getting engaged for 4-5 months but WOW what a totally unexpected suprise!!!
