Ask a Question
I'm a Paper Chain GEEK! Love this idea whenever and wherever.

I've been trying to think of a creative way to have input from our guests at the reception.

People can write messages in a book or on a postcard. Well, that's really not our thing.

I love to sew. I really would love to whip up a bunch of these, place them on the tables unfolded (I'd likely use snaps because they look snazzy) with permanent markers, and a note that asks guests to leave us a kind message or words of wisdom. We could hook the chain up to a see-through metal knee-wall at our reception venue....

Something fun for us to remember our wedding by - besides, it could be fun to bring out for our first Christmas. (Maybe in colors of our wedding party - not too Christmas-y, but whateves..)

Just an idea at this point, but I'm kind of liking it.

Super cute and unique! I like the idea about having it for Christmas too. What a great way to remember your wedding day! I love the fact that it different and something guests will remember...and something you can use again!

I love non-traditional ideas.  For our guestbook, we had people write on fabric squares and my aunt will sew it into a quilt for us.  I knew I didn't want a traditional book (i'd never look at it).  Your idea sounds like it would be personal to you and a great for you to remember your wedding guests.

That is so adorable!  I love it.  I've been looking at paper garland to incorporate into my decor too.  But I love that you are incorporating the guests and that it's something you can keep forever!
