Wedding Reception
Seating chart almost complete

I am currently working on my seating chart. Yesterday was the deadline for the rsvp's. I still have a few people to confirm but I think I have it all figured out. Now to just get it blessed by my Mom and my MIL. I am going to have a seating chart scroll like the one in the photo. My stand will be gold instead of silver. I have to get this complete and to the printer. I received the software when ordering the stand for rent. The company has a five day turnaround time. It is crunch time now, just a little less than three weeks now. Need to get this finalized and to the printer!

Just curious...how many people did you invite? And how many people responded with a 'no?'

My venue holds 150, I was anticipating some no's so I invited 172. The count I have at this moment (rsvp's still trickling in) is 133. I recevied 29 no responses. So roughly 17% said no. The average is like 20-30% I believe that usually respond with a no.

It is actually a software program I purchased from a local wedding accessories shop. I will rent the stand from the shop as well. The software is Bumjenga scroll in a box. You can probably look it up online.
