OK SO EVERYONE WISH ME LUCK, I OFFICIALLY I START MY DIET TOMORROW, AND I HAVE TO DO THIS SO I FEEL GOOD AND COMFORTABLE WITH MYSELF. I DONT WANT TO BE HIDING AND COVERING UP ON MY WEDDING DAY. I am in the same shoes as you- always been a bit overweight the last few years and always wanting photos taken from the chest up no full length ones etc- obviously cant do this on my wedding day! so i am on the diet track now too!!! but no one else out here is doing one so i am on my own !!! I had this same issue. I was never really over weight but I was heavier than I needed to be. My FI and I started to do P90X a few months ago (we're on our last week! Yay!) and it's been amazing. We didn't even do the extreme diet part. I tried to cut out deserts and we've been trying to pick things that are low in sugar and low in sat. fat to eat. so far i've lost about 25 lbs and went from a size 12 to a size 6. The program really works and If you want to see some fast results I really reccomend it! Also, if you're looking to buy the DVD's try e-bay. We got them for a fraction of the cost.
I started my diet in April and its called the fat smash diet... I bought the book and followed it religously and after 1 month i lost 16 pounds, and then I started slacking and binged on food I shouldnt have ate. I'm not obese or anything but I am not where I wanna be either. Especially on your wedding day, you really wanna feel extra beautiful. Good Luck with the diet, there's alot of us in your boat!
