I was a Tiffany Bride andI was a budget bride. My wedding shoes were $19.99 LOL {Pic 2 & 3}
Okay, okay...don't have a hissy fit girls. The photo shown was from another brides blog from somewhere else, I found a while back... but these were the dream shoes that I wanted for our special day 2 years ago. These are some Saworvski shoes with a hefty price tag and a tediuos DIY project. Since I had a foot injury, all I thought about was comfort for the injured area that was swollen at the time.
My photo shown was back then that I chose for that day and they were comforatable. they were priced at $19.99 at the time. The good thing was nobody saw my shoes anyway, but I do wish that I had done some shoe shots which seems like fun.
Next round for sure, I will do some funky shoe shots in the attire...
Soooo, how much are your kicks for the wedding? That includes your second pair.
I am going to attempt to DIY these as well! After the thousands of rhinestones I have already glued on other wedding DIY's I can't imagine this can be much worse! haha I am just afraid I wont do it right... I will also be getting Swarovski crystals for them instead of the acrylic rhinestones that I have been using, so much more pressure! haha They are SO beautiful though!!
honestly, I am really embarrassed at how much I spent on mine. No Swarovski crystals or anything, haha. I wore a pair of Jeffrey Campbell falts with ruffles and pearls on them. I still loove them, and they were sinfully comfortable, they were also sinfully expensive :/ $180 after taxes.
I LOVE!!!! those shoes in the first picture!! Do you remember how much they cost and where she got them??? lol!
I don't have my shoes yet but my shoe budget is $150.00 I know that seems like a lot but i'm very much a "shoe" girl...I try to get most of my kicks on sale, but for my wedding i thought i'd splurge!!!
The shoes that I want are exactly like the ones in that picture! My bridal salon consultant told me she's getting some new Badgley Mischka Rhinestone Pumps for $100.00 and I'm so excited!! :)
I actually DIY'd mine! It's an extremely tedious process but so worth it in the end! I did heels for my reception and just started on a pair of flats for my ceremony!
Badgley Mischka Lacie Ivory Wedding Shoes (Dyed Royal Purple) the total would be $229
Liz Rene Addison-761 Ivory Wedding Shoes (Dyed Royal Purple) the total would be $146
I usually do not spend money like this on shoes, but I notice that photographers and videographers are always capturing the shoes and I need to make sure mine are on point lol. This will be a xmas present to myself from or from my FH so we'll see.
My shoes were $125.00. I wore them twice. Once for my engagement party and they were my something old for the wedding. They killed my feet for the party, but was comfy for the wedding.. They were wedges with rhinestones on all the straps. Super cute
But, I totally plan to DIY them by adding Swarovski Crystals.
Call me crazy but, it's me. lol
